Day 1
Arrive Beijing ()
On arrival in Beijing, you will be met & transferred by our professional English speaking guide to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
Day 2
Beijing (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Full day city excursion to Tiananmen Square-the largest square in the world, Forbidden City-imperial palace of Ming and Qing Dynasty, and Temple of Heaven-here ancient emperors prayed for good harvest. Lunch at good Peking Roasted Duck restaurant. You can choose the Peking Opera Show (or Chinese Kungfu show) as optional in the evening.
Day 3
Beijing (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel followed by full day trip to the Great Wall at Badaling, the Ming Tombs and the Sacred Way with lunch at local Chinese restaurant.
Day 4
Beijing/Xian (B/L/D)
Buffet breakfast at hotel, then transfer to the Railway Station to catch the High-speed Train to Xian-the ancient capital of China. Upon arrival meet and transfer the hotel. Lunch at good local restaurant followed by visit to Shaanxi Historical Museum, Ancient City Wall. Dumpling Dinner at a good dumpling restaurant.
Day 5
Xian (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Full day excursion to world famous Terracotta Warriors and Horses with circle movie showed before returning to the city for visit of the big wild Goose Pagoda and the Courtyard of Family Gao with Shadow Puppet Show enjoying. Lunch at good local restaurant. You can choose the Tang Dynasty dinner Show as optional in the evening (highly recommended, as it is the best show in China).
Day 6
Xian/Lhasa (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Transfer to the airport for flight to Lhasa. Meet and transfer to hotel. Free at leisure to acclimatize yourself to high altitude.
Day 7
Lhasa (B/L)
Full day trip to Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street.
Day 8
Lhasa (B/L)
Full day trip to Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery, Norbulingka and the Carpet Factory.
Day 9
Lhasa/chengdu (B/L)
Free at leisure until to be transferred to the airport for flight to Chengdu. Meet and transfer to hotel.
Day 10
Chengdu/Guilin (B/L)
In the morning transfer for visit to Panda Base. Afterwards, visit Wuhou Memorial Temple. Stroll in the Culture Park and sip tea at teahouse in People’s Park. Transfer to the airport for flight to Guilin in the evening.
Day 11
Guilin (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Enjoy the Li River cruise with lunch on board. The ship will disembark in Yangshuo. Stroll at the famous West Street-where you could buy some small souvenirs for relatives and friends. on this way back, driver will give you several stops somewhere for taking pictures of rice paddies and water buffaloes.
Day 12
Guilin/Chongqing (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel, then visit to Elephant Trunk Hill and the Reed Flute Cave. Lunch at good local restaurant followed by transfer to the railway station to catch the fast train(about 5 hours) to Chongqing. Arrive at Chongqing, you will be met & transferred to board your deluxe cruise ship for the Three Gorges river journey.
Day 13
Yangtze Cruise (B/L/D)
Depart Chongqing 8:00am. Shore excursion at Fengdu or Shibaozhai.
Day 14
Yangtze Cruise (B/L/D)
Pass through the magnificent Qutang Gorge and beautiful Wu Gorge. Transfer to a small sampan to cruise the Shennong Stream.
Day 15
Yangtze Cruise/Yichang/Shanghai (B/L)
Visit the Three Gorges Dam. Arrives in Yichang about 12:00. Be transferred to the airport for your flight to Shanghai. Meet and transfer to Hotel.
Day 16
Shanghai (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Full day city tour with visit to the Yu Garden, the "Bund" and the Jade Buddha Temple with lunch at local Chinese restaurant. You can choose the Acrobatic Show as optional in the evening.
Day 17
Shanghai (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Half day tour of the Shanghai Museum and the Oriental Pearl TV Tower where you can have a bird’s view of Shanghai. Lunch at local Chinese restaurant. Afternoon free for shopping.
Day 18
Shanghai Departure (B)
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Free until transfer to the airport for flight to the next destination.
End of service.
